About Us

KS2 Collective emerged from a lived engagement with India’s changing landscapes, shaped by long childhood train journeys stretching from the western border to the eastern frontier of India. Over time, open lands gave way to expanding city edges and fast-growing towns. Witnessing this transformation firsthand informed our understanding of how Indian cities evolve, adapt, and often strain under the pressures of rapid urbanisation.

As India’s urban future increasingly unfolds beyond its million-plus cities, small and medium towns have become critical drivers of growth, each shaped by distinct histories, climates, and social identities. KS2 Collective was founded in response to this reality a recognition that urban development must be rooted in local context, attentive to diversity, and guided by long-term intent. We work to support growth that is sensitive, inclusive, and aligned with the character and aspirations of place.

Low Carbon Built Environment

Integrating energy-efficient architecture, green building strategies, climate adaptation, and nature-based solutions to create environmentally responsible and resilient urban environments.We develop pathways for decarbonised growth through design, retrofits, and sustainable infrastructure strategies. Our solutions align climate goals with practical implementation to future-proof buildings and cities.

Public Outreach and Communication

Developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement processes, and participatory tools to build awareness, foster collaboration, and support community-driven change. We craft narratives, campaigns, and engagement frameworks tailored to diverse urban audiences.
